1:1 coaching
When work no longer feels fulfilling and you're curious to explore what's next
You've built a solid career. You're capable, respected, objectively doing well. For years, switching jobs was easy; you saw a better opportunity, and you took it. You built your career on momentum.
Now something's missing. Your work no longer reflects your interests, what you value, or how you want to live. Maybe there's an inkling you want to start something of your own, solve a problem you care deeply about, or explore a path you've always dismissed as impractical. But every time you try to figure out what's next, you end up going in circles.
Career transition coaching helps you break that cycle.
You reconnect with what excites you, get clarity about what you actually want, and move forward with confidence instead of second-guessing every step.

How coaching works
I offer individual coaching tailored to your situation, not a fixed program. Most clients work with me for around three months in 1:1 sessions scheduled every other week.
We focus on figuring out what a fulfilling career actually looks like for you and building a clear path to get there. That means getting clear on what's not working, understanding what energizes versus drains you, exploring paths you haven't considered, and testing ideas in the real world.
Each session builds on the last, with a focus on turning insight into action. You'll move from stuck in overthinking mode to clear and taking concrete steps forward.
What can change for you
By the end of our work together, clients typically:
- Stop second-guessing and trust their judgment about what's right for them
- Take concrete steps toward a new direction
- Feel less consumed by work stress and more present in their personal life
- Approach career decisions with a clear framework instead of spinning in anxiety
- Know how to evaluate opportunities against what actually matters to them, not just what looks good
The shift is from being stuck in your head to making real progress in the world.

FAQ
How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?
You’re likely ready for coaching if you feel restless or stuck, sense that you’re capable of more, and want support making thoughtful decisions about what comes next. You don’t need to have a clear goal yet, just a desire for change and the willingness to look honestly at your situation.
If you're unsure, a discovery call is a good way to explore whether this feels like the right timing.
How does coaching work?
Coaching is one-to-one and tailored to your situation rather than a fixed program. Sessions last 60 minutes and build on each other, with a focus on turning insights into action in a sustainable way for you.
The work combines thoughtful conversation with practical exercises and tools that help clarify priorities, test ideas, and support real-world decision-making.
In coaching we work towards your goals and remove blockers (such as limiting beliefs and old stories) along the way.
What results can I expect from coaching?
Most clients gain clarity about what they want, confidence in their judgement, and a stronger sense of direction. They spend less time overthinking and more time making decisions they can stand behind.
The outcomes vary depending on each person’s goals. Some clients change jobs, start new projects, or make changes to how they work. Others stay where they are, but with clearer boundaries, renewed energy, and a stronger sense of agency.
Coaching doesn’t guarantee a specific outcome like a new job or promotion. It helps you build clarity, confidence, and the capacity to make (career) decisions that actually fit you.
How long will it take to see results?
Most clients notice greater clarity and a shift in how they think about their situation within the first few sessions, often within the first month.
The core coaching work typically takes place over a three-month period, across seven sessions. This allows time to build clarity, take action, and see real movement without dragging the process out.
That said, we can meet more regularly and move at a faster pace if that’s what you want.
Many clients choose to return for occasional one-off sessions afterwards, as new decisions or transitions come up.
What is your coaching style?
My coaching style combines thoughtful exploration with practical action. We make space to talk honestly about what’s challenging, while keeping a clear focus on progress and decision making.
I’m known for helping clients see their situation differently, challenge assumptions they’ve been carrying for a long time, and translate insight into concrete next steps. Sessions often include practical frameworks that bring clarity to complex questions and make change feel manageable rather than overwhelming.
As one client put it: “She’s very strong at asking the right questions and offering practical exercises that allow for the exploration of complex topics, but with straightforward methods.”
Do you only work with people in tech?
No. While my background in tech gives me deep insight into fast-paced, high-pressure work environments, I work with ambitious professionals across a range of fields.
I’ve coached founders, architects, academics, creatives, and knowledge workers across different fields. What my clients tend to have in common is a desire for change and the ambition to build find more fulfillment in their (work) life.
Will you tell me what to do?
No. This is a collaborative process. I won’t prescribe a path or make decisions for you, but I will help you think more clearly, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move forward with greater confidence in your own judgement.
Is this like therapy?
No. Coaching is future-focused and centred on decision-making, clarity, and action. While my work is informed by psychology, this is not therapy and doesn’t replace clinical mental health support.
