About me
I help ambitious professionals and expats navigate life’s challenges and transitions, especially when traditional career paths no longer align with their values or life stage.
I spent 12 years building a career in tech across Amsterdam and Berlin, working with international companies spanning the US, UK, and Europe.
I'm a generalist specialized in the startup world. I taught hundreds of people across Europe how to build entrepreneurial ecosystems at Techstars, ran marketing at a B2B SaaS startup and built programs for early-stage founders at Entrepreneurs First, helping them raise capital, hire top talent, and connect with elite networks.
I’ve always been drawn to work at the intersection of community building, creating things from scratch, and enabling others to grow and have a positive impact that ripples out into their own communities. I thrived in entrepreneurial organisations because there were always opportunities to create something meaningful.
I joined the tech world at a time when it felt collaborative, energizing, and full of opportunities. There was space for ideas, innovation and genuine connection. But over the years, I watched that culture shift. The work that once felt expansive became increasingly competitive, sometimes toxic and fixated on financial returns rather than impact for regular people.
At a point in my career when I ticked enough boxes and everything was in place for more growth, I started to feel disconnected from the values of the tech bubble and to wonder how I could continue to do work that fulfils me.
In 2020, I followed my curiosity about psychology and earned my coaching certification from Animas. For the first time I decided to follow my genuine interest rather than do what looked best on paper, and it opened up an entirely new path.
Now, I work with people navigating a similar transition. They've built careers that look impressive from the outside but feel misaligned on the inside. They sense something needs to change, but don't know where to start. They're ready to move toward work that reflects their values, aspirations, and strengths.
My coaching approach blends evidence-based tools from cognitive behavioral therapy and humanistic psychology with real-world experience in fast-paced environments. I understand both the emotional complexity of change and the practical constraints of professional life.
In my work with clients, we cut through the noise of what they "should" do and help them reconnect with what excites them, so they can start building the fulfilling life they're craving.
