You sense it daily:

That gap between your current reality and what you're truly capable of.

On paper, things look good. You've built a solid career, developed valuable expertise, and earned respect from peers.

By conventional standards, you should feel satisfied. Yet there's a persistent sense that something more awaits you.

This is what I call your trapped potential

The space between your current reality and your true capability. It's the promotion you deserve but haven't pursued, the business idea you can't stop thinking about, or the fulfillment you're still searching for despite outward success.

This creates a subtle tension: functioning well within your comfort zone versus truly thriving in alignment with your deepest values.

Having navigated this gap myself during my transition from 13+ years in tech to transformational coaching, I now help others bridge this divide. My holistic coaching approach provides the structure, clarity, and accountability to transform untapped potential into deliberate action. Together, we'll not only close the gap but redefine what's possible for your life and career, honoring your achievements while creating space for your next level of growth.

Let's see if coaching is the right fit. Book a free discovery call and we'll talk through your goals and how I can help.

Who I work with

I work with ambitious professionals and expats, especially those in tech, who are done pretending “it's fine”. They're ready to stop running in circles and start moving with intention.

My clients often:
  • Feel like they've been building someone else's vision and want to explore their own
  • Have sat through one too many meetings that should have been an email, wondering "What am I even doing here?"
  • Crave structure, clarity, and accountability to turn vague goals into real momentum
  • Are ready to challenge limiting beliefs, question the default path, and step into something more meaningful
  • Know they're capable of more but feel trapped
  • Want work that reflects their values, not just their résumé
  • Are committed to making consistent, courageous progress, one step at a time

Sounds familiar? Then you're exactly who I love to work with.

Client stories

For months, I had this big goal that I had set for my freelance business and that I kept putting off because I didn’t quite know where to start. Andra’s coaching helped me make leaps towards it.

We had six sessions together, in which we explored the challenges that were holding me back and the ways to overcome them. I left the sessions with a timeline of the things I want to achieve and very clear actions that made my goal that much more tangible.

Andra is patient, friendly and great at asking challenging questions. She’s professional and very structured in her approach. I would recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a transformational coach!

— Mina N.

I worked with Andra for six months exploring what work-life balance means to me and mapping it out. After our sessions together, I have a clearer vision of my personal values and how my business fits into my life (and not the other way around)!

— Megan T.

Having coaching sessions with Andra was an invaluable experience. She helped me find clarity and a sense of direction during my most challenging personal and professional life period.

It was a truly transformative journey.

— Ada U.

As a mid-career academic, I was devastated when my university closed my department. Suddenly jobless, I faced difficult questions: What would my next career steps look like? How could I put my strengths to use in a new context?

I am fortunate to have had the chance to work with Andra. Her approach to coaching is balanced and sensible. She provided insight and guidance as I navigated a tough job market while defining my career's next chapters. Andra also offered regular accountability, helped me reframe limiting perceptions, helped me turn my ideas into actions, and prepared me thoroughly for a key interview.

I'm now working full time and using my skills in satisfying ways. I strongly recommend Andra—her positive, realistic approach and deep understanding of career transitions have helped me tremendously.

— Brian C.

Andra has helped me learn as a freelance creative to work more planned and structurally, how to follow through and explore business ideas and how to form a healthier relationship with social media, among other things.

Besides that, she’s very polite and a joy to talk to!

— Rutger A.

Before working with Andra, I was at a turning point: ready to move from corporate life into my own practice, yet caught in invisible loops: doing much but not truly moving forward, weighed down by doubt and frustration. A close friend I deeply respect shared her transformative experience with Andra, and I immediately felt it would be the right match.

Through our work, I learned to recognize my inner blocks, define my core values, clarify my processes, and most importantly, shift how I relate to perfectionism. Andra also helped me build a personalized toolkit that I apply daily (practical, effective, and truly tailored to me), which leaves me feeling equipped and confident. As a result, my practice feels more natural and alive, and I trust both myself and the process with greater ease.

Insightful, caring, and attentive, Andra has a rare gift for noticing patterns, connecting details to the bigger picture, and tracing challenges back to their roots. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in transition, seeking clarity, or wanting freedom from patterns that hold them back.

FAQ

How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?

You’re likely ready for coaching if you feel restless or stuck, sense that you’re capable of more, and want support making thoughtful decisions about what comes next. You don’t need to have a clear goal yet, just a desire for change and the willingness to look honestly at your situation.

If you're unsure, a discovery call is a good way to explore whether this feels like the right timing.

How does coaching work?

Coaching is one-to-one and tailored to your situation rather than a fixed program. Sessions last 60 minutes and build on each other, with a focus on turning insights into action in a sustainable way for you.

The work combines thoughtful conversation with practical exercises and tools that help clarify priorities, test ideas, and support real-world decision-making.

In coaching we work towards your goals and remove blockers (such as limiting beliefs and old stories) along the way.

What results can I expect from coaching?

Most clients gain clarity about what they want, confidence in their judgement, and a stronger sense of direction. They spend less time overthinking and more time making decisions they can stand behind.

The outcomes vary depending on each person’s goals. Some clients change jobs, start new projects, or make changes to how they work. Others stay where they are, but with clearer boundaries, renewed energy, and a stronger sense of agency.

Coaching doesn’t guarantee a specific outcome like a new job or promotion. It helps you build clarity, confidence, and the capacity to make (career) decisions that actually fit you.

How long will it take to see results?

Most clients notice greater clarity and a shift in how they think about their situation within the first few sessions, often within the first month.

The core coaching work typically takes place over a three-month period, across seven sessions. This allows time to build clarity, take action, and see real movement without dragging the process out.

That said, we can meet more regularly and move at a faster pace if that’s what you want.

Many clients choose to return for occasional one-off sessions afterwards, as new decisions or transitions come up.

What is your coaching style?

My coaching style combines thoughtful exploration with practical action. We make space to talk honestly about what’s challenging, while keeping a clear focus on progress and decision making.

I’m known for helping clients see their situation differently, challenge assumptions they’ve been carrying for a long time, and translate insight into concrete next steps. Sessions often include practical frameworks that bring clarity to complex questions and make change feel manageable rather than overwhelming.

As one client put it: “She’s very strong at asking the right questions and offering practical exercises that allow for the exploration of complex topics, but with straightforward methods.”

Do you only work with people in tech?

No. While my background in tech gives me deep insight into fast-paced, high-pressure work environments, I work with ambitious professionals across a range of fields.

I’ve coached founders, architects, academics, creatives, and knowledge workers across different fields. What my clients tend to have in common is a desire for change and the ambition to build find more fulfillment in their (work) life.

Will you tell me what to do?

No. This is a collaborative process. I won’t prescribe a path or make decisions for you, but I will help you think more clearly, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move forward with greater confidence in your own judgement.

Is this like therapy?

No. Coaching is future-focused and centred on decision-making, clarity, and action. While my work is informed by psychology, this is not therapy and doesn’t replace clinical mental health support.
